Measurements of properties and plans

are often a necessary part of our job, especially when the client has not made the relevant documents available or the research in various archives has been unsuccessful. In such cases the relevant measurements are taken at the local inspection date by the surveyor

Even if architectural drawings or building plans do exist, I randomly check for deviations of measurements. If the deviations do not alter the value, then the measurements of the actual plans form the basis for the report.

I offer you the service to survey apartments as a basis for calculating the floor space (square metres) , including calculations according to legal guidelines.

I have also taken measurements to check and verify the invoicing for work done by various trades

More extensive and exact/detailed surveys can be done in co-operation with a land surveyors’ office, e.g. for planning / building application.
