Surveys for conservation of evidence are invaluable if there is any danger of damage to adjoining properties, premises or building structures.
Examples:

• Structural or civil construction which requires the lowering of ground-water levels
• Demolition which inevitably leads to considerable vibrations
To prevent unjustified demands you should let an independent surveyor draw up documents and reports on the actual state of all building and other structures( fences, walls, stairs, etc) of adjoining properties, prior to the start of construction.

The socalled independent report of evidence is a useful tool to quickly and efficiently assess any defects/deficiencies of construction, the causes thereof, possible renovation and any costs involved expertly and legally binding for all concerned during the building stage.

Often controversial disputes of whether building work was completed according to the contract can be settled this way.

In addition I offer photographic documentation of the property or premises to prospective buyers or people interested in renting.
