Building application + Building consultation

Building supervision is highly recommended in order to:
control and report on the building work by an independent building surveyor.
This is a mutually agreed supervision of the building process by an independent surveyor. Faults made while building can then be corrected at relatively low cost and effort when they occur. Relatively small defects/faults on the other hand can cause considerable consequential damage. Supervision by an independent surveyor can prevent building faults and defects, can also be of advantage when making warranty claims to subcontractors and should simplify the final acceptance.

As an architect and a member of the Chamber of Architects of Thuringia I am entitled to submit building application. I would like to make this service available to you for:
• subdivisions-declarations of properties
• subdivision of buildings for apartments and/or part-ownership
• building enquiries to clarify planning/building possibilities
• building applications for reclassification of existing premises and newly built premises.
