Determining the common property value of land, buildings and ag-ricultural enterprises for tax purposes: for example when selling land, buildings for other purposes or tasks 2. determining of open market value 3. determining damages caused by third parties: e.g. caused by animals, vehicles or pesticides 4. determining the value of services: e.g.: laying of cables for electricity, telecommunication; or wind power stations, 5. determining compensation in land revocation for public use: legal losses, loss of income 6.determining lease values and lease reversal compensation.
